Please fill out the following pages so that we can register you as a volunteer at HTU.
This includes:
- HTU Department heads & Member of HTU departments
- Representatives in the HTU University Council
- Representatives in a Faculty Council or Study Council
By filling out this form, you are eligible to receive:
- Transferable Skills ECTS for your studies
- Up to four tolerance semesters for family and study allowances
- Exemption from tuition fees for up to four additional semesters
- Expense allowances (depending on the activity)
After completing the form, it will be confirmed by the Chairing Team of HTU. Afterwards, you will need to sign a few forms in person at the HTU Secretariat.
Please note that if you hold multiple positions, you must fill out the form multiple times!
